What we do

Verified-employee reviews. Employment is verified through payroll or work-email confirmation and then permanently separated from the review content, so the reviewer is provably an employee and remains anonymous. Reviews are structured around specific, checkable dimensions rather than free text: actual working hours, how often plans changed, whether promotion criteria were written down, how the last layoff was handled, what the manager did well. Tenure and role level are shown without identifying the person, and reviews carry a date so stale opinions decay in weight.

Who we built it for

Job seekers evaluating an offer or a company, plus the employers who are honestly good places to work and are currently drowned out by anonymous noise.

The problem

Employer review sites are unverifiable and therefore untrustworthy in both directions.

Disgruntled former employees post, companies coordinate positive reviews, and neither the job seeker nor the employer believes any of it.

A candidate making a life decision has no reliable picture, and a genuinely good employer cannot prove it.
